Regional General Counsel, Rail & Public Sector Strategy

DFTO is seeking a highly experienced Group General Counsel to lead the TOC Group’s legal function from our Leeds base. You will provide strategic legal direction, govern high-stakes contracts, and manage a skilled team to support multiple TOCs within the group.

You will align law and compliance with national rail policy, advise the Board and executive team, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
