Delivery Practice Manager, Application Migration, Modernization and Management

Overview

In this role you lead a team of Delivery Consultants to guide enterprise customers through cloud transformation. You’ll partner with customers, executives, and AWS teams to define business outcomes, shape proposals, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. You will drive engagement with partners and oversee delivery quality, leveraging IT and management consulting experience to translate technical concepts into business value. The opportunity centers on enabling large-scale, transformational cloud initiatives with cross-functional teams and a focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain top talent; set objectives and coach the team
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business drivers and craft cloud strategies and proposals
• Support delivery of projects with high quality, on-time and on-budget execution and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with partner ecosystem (SIs, ISVs, MSPs) to deliver joint proposals and engagements
• Engage with customers leveraging IT advisory skills to support project delivery and scoping technical requirements for engagement
• Provide portfolio guidance and oversight, optimize team performance and utilization
• Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong executive-level relationships (C-level, AGS)

Key requirements

• IaaS cloud transition knowledge
• Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role
• Program or engagement management experience leading multiple concurrent projects
• Enterprise architecture experience including virtualization and distributed architectures
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
