Overview
Senior food manufacturing leader sought to own and grow a UK-based site with international reach. You will lead the site and management team, drive performance, culture, and growth, and own the P&L to hit commercial and operational targets. You will expand customers, markets, and products while improving efficiency, working with cross-functional teams to shape the business’s future. This is a board-level, autonomous role reporting to the Group CEO, offering strategic impact and global scope.
