Overview

In this role you will lead Renault Trucks UK & Ireland’s commercial agenda, translating the 2030 strategy into focused priorities and disciplined execution across vehicles, electromobility, services and financing. You will shape a differentiated customer proposition, drive profitable growth and anchor governance for forecasting, pricing and market performance. You’ll lead a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional colleagues, and influence an international matrix to navigate electrification and evolving customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated business plans; drive profitable growth and governance across forecasting, pipeline, pricing, market share and performance.
  • Strengthen customer relationships; improve satisfaction, retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Build and manage dealer partnerships; align strategy, investment, standards and performance.
  • Advance commercial excellence: pricing discipline, CRM adoption, pipeline management, market intelligence, forecasting accuracy and digital tool usage.
  • Lead commercial response to electrification and energy transition; future-proof Renault Trucks for evolving customer requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial organisation; foster accountability, collaboration and psychological safety; support future leadership capability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Services, Used Trucks, Retail Development, Brand & Communications, Finance, and international HQ functions.

Key requirements

  • Significant senior commercial leadership experience in a complex B2B, multi-channel or networked environment with a track record of profitable growth and strategic transformation.
  • Strong commercial and financial judgement; experience in sales/key account management, dealer networks, pricing governance, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Customer experience and retention; business transformation and change; ability to develop senior teams.
  • Experience in transport, automotive, mobility, capital equipment or comparable B2B environment; experience in electrification or energy transition is advantageous.
  • Strategic, customer-led, collaborative leadership; comfortable influencing an international matrix organisation and taking accountability for results.
