Overview

In this role you will own the European commercial plan for Pragmatic Semiconductor, driving revenue and order intake across IDM and Foundry. You will build cross-functional partnerships to convert opportunities into scalable, repeatable revenue, focusing on NFC/RFID standard products and foundry services. You’ll manage complex, long sales cycles from feasibility to wafer orders, balancing technical enablement with commercial strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role that shapes regional growth and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the European sales plan with targets and ownership across IDM and Foundry
  • Build executive and technical relationships; qualify opportunities for funding and decision processes
  • Advance IDM opportunities through brands, inlay manufacturers, converters and partners toward volume orders
  • Coordinate Foundry engagements from feasibility through funded development, design enablement, tape-out and wafer orders
  • Negotiate pricing, development fees, and commercial terms within approval limits; align with technical readiness
  • Grow European IDM and Foundry revenue and maintain separate pipelines and forecasts
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations on demand generation and roadmaps
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to manage long, technically complex sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate forecasts distinguishing development revenue, firm orders and future demand

Key requirements

  • Proven European sales and business development success in semiconductors with revenue and order ownership
  • Experience selling standard products and custom technology or foundry services
  • Ability to develop European customer and partner relationships, engaging senior executives and engineering teams
  • Strong commercial negotiation, account planning, CRM and forecasting skills
  • Hands-on commercial leadership in a high-growth environment coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Technical degree preferred; knowledge of NFC, RFID, IC design or semiconductor manufacturing desirable
  • Excellent communication and commercial judgment; willing to travel across Europe and internationally
  • Cambridge office accessibility or willingness to travel as required
