End User Support / Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Marylebone, London, UK – Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday Onsite)

On-demand support on Monday & Friday

We are looking for top-tier End User Support / End User Services Engineers with strong experience in VIP/white-glove support, excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• AV/VC Support – Microsoft Teams, multi-monitor setups, cameras, microphones, docking stations
• Mobile Device Management – Apple Business Manager, DEP, iOS & MDM onboarding
• Experience supporting traders in front-office / high-pressure environments
• Strong white-glove / concierge support experience for VIP executives and senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Local to London and available for Tuesday–Thursday onsite support
• Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
