Transfer Station Team Lead – Safety & Excellence

FCC Environment is seeking a Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the transfer station. You will supervise site operatives, allocate resources and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining productivity, managing weighbridge operations and supporting training and development across the team.
