Interim HR Advisor – ER Specialist (3 Month FTC)

Office Angels is seeking an HR Advisor to provide hands-on support during a busy period in Grays, Essex. The role focuses on Employee Relations, supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters, and will suit someone confident handling complex casework.

Working closely with the senior HR team, you will deliver practical HR advice, conduct investigations, and support change initiatives while ensuring compliant HR records and reporting. Availability at short notice is preferred.
