Customer Service & Order Specialist – Temp, Office

Office Angels in Burgess Hill is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to start immediately. This temporary role runs until the end of January with a possible extension, and is office-based from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will manage orders end-to-end, coordinate with production and planning teams, answer inquiries via phone, email and chat, and maintain ERP records. A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
