Senior Residential Real Estate Lawyer sought to lead complex property transactions within a regional practice in Bristol. You will partner with the Real Estate division to handle high-quality residential development work and related financing matters, while guiding junior lawyers and helping grow the client base. This role offers leadership backing and clear progression in a reputable firm. You’ll work hybrid, balancing hands-on drafting with mentoring and business development to shape a growing practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential real estate transactions
- Lead residential development projects and related finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate leases, title work and infrastructure agreements
- Supervise junior team members and support leadership
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Advise on complex, technical matters with minimal supervision
- Assist with social housing work when needed
- Support overall residential property work for lenders, developers and investors
Key requirements
- Solicitor or FCILEx with 8+ years PQE
- Strong track record in complex residential conveyancing and development
- Excellent drafting, organizational and client relationship skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and supervise junior lawyers
- Strong client management and service delivery focus
- Ability to manage own files and delegate effectively
