Soraya, Persian-inspired, opens in London mid July 2026. As Head Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry team and contribute to our mission of inspiring hospitality concepts in the capital and beyond.

As an experienced Head Pastry Chef, you will drive dessert creation, ensure excellence in taste, texture and presentation, and train junior staff while supporting other Pachamama Group restaurants when required.
