Overview
In this HRBP role, you will support the Head of HR to deliver full-spectrum HR operations in a banking/finance setting. You will lead training, talent initiatives, and ESG activities, shaping people programs at scale. You will work across functions to ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and impactful people strategies. Responsibilities
- Advise line managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance reviews, and annual compensation cycles
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design bespoke training courses, lead induction programs, and drive succession planning
- Lead ESG data collection and monthly reporting, build charity partnerships, and organize bank-wide ESG events
- Update HR policies, support regulatory requirements, maintain GDPR compliance, and oversee monthly MI and reporting
- Manage pension and benefits administration while supporting the HR Associate on daily workflows
Key requirements
- Substantial HR experience specifically within Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor degree and CIPD qualification
- Experience running Training Needs Analysis and designing/delivering training courses
- Understanding of ESG practice and how to apply it in a large organisation
- Knowledge of banking/finance sector regulations and their impact on employees
- Strong verbal and written communication
