In this Building Surveyor role you will lead diverse residential projects within a big real estate organisation. You will focus on project management across multiple teams, taking ownership from planning to delivery on projects up to £35 million. The role offers mentorship from a Director and strong collaboration across the business. This is a chance to advance your MRICS credentials while contributing to impactful property developments in a dynamic environment.

Pay / Benefits

• base pay £60,000
• discretionary bonus up to 28%

Responsibilities

• lead and manage a variety of residential projects up to £35 million
• coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to budget
• shift from traditional condition surveys to broader project management and delivery
• receive mentorship from a Director with a building surveying background
• collaborate across departments to expand knowledge and professional networks
