In this role, you will join a Legal 500-ranked Real Estate Finance team in London to handle high-value transactions for banks and bridging lenders. You will manage your own caseload, support junior colleagues, and collaborate with partners on complex matters. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload on high-value real estate finance transactions
• Advise banks and bridging lenders on complex matters
• Draft and review transactional documents with a commercial focus
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with partners to shape the team’s strategy and client service
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business opportunities

Key requirements

• 1-4+ years’ PQE in real estate finance
• Experience acting for banks and bridging lenders (preferred)
• Strong technical and drafting skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop business opportunities
