Optical Clinic Manager – Lead Team, Drive Patient Care

ASDA Sefton is seeking an Optical Manager to lead the optical department, supervise a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, and ensure compliance and high‑quality patient care. You will drive performance, coaches others, and work closely with Home Office teams for support.

This permanent, full‑time role is 40 hours per week with dayshift, and comes with a discretionary bonus, pension, 15% staff discount, wellbeing services and GOC fee support.
