Head of Maintenance & Facilities – Care Home Leadership

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in Wimbledon. You will ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and staff, leading a maintenance team and coordinating with contractors on various trades.

The role requires hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, a full UK driving licence, and IT literacy. You will support the General Manager with budget planning and work across buildings and grounds.
