Overview
As part of the Strategic Asset Management team, you will help clients translate their needs into clear asset management solutions. You’ll manage projects to time, budget, and quality while interpreting asset condition data for planning. You’ll provide technical assurance for lifecycle renewal with health, safety and environment at the core. This role offers exposure to diverse sectors, opportunities for accreditation, and a chance to work on landmark projects globally in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into clear solutions
- Lead project management tasks to deliver on time, within budget and to high standards
- Review asset condition data to support asset management planning
- Communicate complex technical information to clients in accessible terms
- Provide technical assurance for lifecycle renewal activities with health, safety and environment focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support advisory and consultancy services
Key requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional qualification or active progress toward one
- Understanding of the strategic road network and asset management
- Specialism in at least one asset type, preferably highway bridges and structures
- Experience with asset data management and lifecycle renewal delivery
- Knowledge of design delivery processes and technical assurance (useful but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel to/from site or client offices
