Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Sainsbury’s Bradford is seeking an experienced Customer & Trading Manager to lead daily store operations. You will work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are served efficiently and safely.

You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day running, manage performance and disciplinaries, meet KPIs, and, when needed, support other stores. A hands-on leader with excellent frontline service will thrive here.
