Assistant General Manager — Path to General Manager

Humble Grape Battersea is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for.

This role offers a genuine growth path: you’ll work with our senior team, lead busy services, coach your people, and develop a clear route toward becoming a General Manager.

You’ll contribute to P&L and GP, uphold Humble Grape standards across wine, food and service, and gain exposure across seven venues with senior leadership mentorship.
