Future Tech is our team taking on the London market, with a clear mission: replicate the success we’ve built in Yorkshire and bring it south. It’s a genuine platform to work with high-profile clients, build a serious network, and become the go-to specialist in your own vertical.

What you’ll be doing
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and beyond
- Writing and posting job ads
- Screening candidates by phone and managing them through interview
- Extending offers and handling the tougher conversations when it doesn’t work out
- Building a genuine, lasting talent pipeline
- Growing your personal brand on social media
- Staying sharp on what’s moving in tech
- Winning new clients and deepening existing relationships
- Working across SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
- Meeting clients face-to-face to explore new opportunities
- Negotiating fees and terms
What we’re looking for
- Someone who communicates well and reads the room, whatever the audience
- A relationship-builder for the long term
- Comfortable having the hard conversations when they’re needed
- Sharp, analytical, organised, the details don’t slip
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences
- Used to working to targets and delivering
- Tech recruitment experience is a plus
