Overview

In this role, you will drive SAP Identity Access Governance across enterprise SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, cloud) to strengthen access controls and compliance. You will work within a global technology organisation on complex SAP transformation programmes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IAG capabilities and integrate with IAM ecosystems. You will shape risk-based access governance, role design, and user provisioning in automotive and manufacturing contexts, delivering practical, tested solutions. Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) including ARA, ARM, EAM, and RDP
• Support SAP IAG deployments across S/4HANA, ECC and cloud applications
• Perform SoD analysis and mitigate access risks
• Configure and maintain risk rulesets and mitigation controls
• Design and maintain business and technical roles, role hierarchies, and SAP authorisations
• Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning and access request workflows
• Integrate SAP IAG with SAP IAS, IPS, GRC and cloud systems
• Support third-party IAM integrations (e.g., SailPoint) via connectors and APIs
• Configure multi-level/risk-based access approvals and identity federation
• Produce functional/technical documentation on access governance and standards

Key requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG)
• Experience with ARA, ARM, EAM and RDP
• Understanding of SAP authorisations (roles, profiles, objects, user administration)
• Experience with S/4HANA and/or ECC Security
• Knowledge of SoD, risk analysis and mitigation
• IAM concepts including joiner/mover/leaver processes and RBAC
• Experience with IAS and IPS
• Experience integrating IAG with SAP applications and cloud systems
• Experience configuring access request workflows and multi-stage approvals
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
