IT Systems & Network Support Specialist

Tate in Glasgow is seeking an IS Support Analyst to ensure high-level infrastructure and end-user support for the business. You will work under the IS Technical Lead, handling incident logging, asset management, and service requests with a focus on uptime and user satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in information systems or related field with at least 2 years’ experience, strong AD, O365/Azure skills, and experience with Windows, printers, and ITIL ticketing. Travel may be required.
