In this role you will guide Commercial & Specialty Insurance clients through strategy definition and transformation to uplift growth and operational excellence. You’ll design future operating models and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. The role emphasizes leveraging data-driven insights and responsible AI to speed delivery and improve decisions. Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define business strategies and drive transformation aligned with growth and customer objectives.
- Assess capabilities, operating models, and processes to identify opportunities for simplification and value creation.
- Design Target Operating Models, future-state capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business, underwriting, claims, operations, technology, data and risk to shape priorities and requirements.
- Apply structured problem-solving, data-driven insight and AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
Key requirements
- Experience delivering business strategy, analysis or transformation consulting within Commercial & Specialty Insurance or the wider Insurance sector.
- Experience supporting strategic transformation initiatives including TOM design, operating model evolution, business transformation or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of insurance operating models and core functions (underwriting, claims, distribution, policy administration, broker operations).
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Curiosity for modern technologies and AI-enabled approaches with responsible use to improve quality and insight.
