Patient Care Concierge – Oncology Outpatient

Scunthorpe General Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to join the Patient Services Team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 8pm.

The post mainly covers Oncology reception but may cover other outpatient reception areas across the site to support patient flow. You will provide a welcoming, professional and courteous service to patients and visitors, liaising with colleagues and maintaining confidentiality of information in line with the Data Protection
