Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions including leases, acquisitions, refinancing and development projects
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local SME clients across Sussex and the South Coast
• Collaborate with experienced partners on complex, high-value matters
• Develop technical and commercial expertise within a stable, trusted environment

Key requirements

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE)
• Ideally Sussex-based with a genuine connection to the region
• Strong, steady career history
