INTERNAL VACANCY

This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Administrator to join the Assessments Team within Registry and Academic Affairs. Please see further details about the work we do.

What will you be doing?

As a key contact in your area, you will:

  • Provide senior administrative support to processes with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
  • Play a vital role in coordinating crucial processes.
  • Manage relevant process and timelines within your team.
  • Identify solutions to queries and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Communicate timelines to ensure each process is managed and completed within the timeframes set by the department.

This is a full‑time role (36.25 hours per week); however, applications from candidates wishing to work less than full time (to a minimum of 29 hours/ 0.8 FTE per week) will be considered. You will be based at our University Park and/or Jubilee Campus (dependant on the role), and your work could involve working across different campuses.
