Job Description:
National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Braintree to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live meaningful lives within their community. You will support people at home and in the community, help plan daily tasks, assist with personal care and medication, and take part in activities such as health, beauty, exercise and social outings.
A full UK driving licence is required. Shifts include early, late, sleep-in and alternate weekends.
