Overview

As a Customer Enablement Manager at Figma, you design and deliver tailored enablement programs for strategic customers to drive adoption and long-term value. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to connect product capabilities with customer goals and create scalable, bespoke enablement plans. The role sits at the intersection of product and customer success, shaping how large customers realize impact with Figma. You will help uncover new use cases and enable teams to collaborate effectively across roles and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers
  • Understand customer goals and success metrics; use product data to drive proactive engagement
  • Document bespoke enablement plans and best practices for value delivery
  • Share use cases and product expertise to unlock full platform value
  • Build trusted relationships across roles and departments, from contributors to leaders
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on reviews, expansions, and renewal risk mitigation
  • Deliver live and scalable training sessions tailored to customer maturity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates to ensure customer success

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (e.g., Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Enablement, or Account Management)
  • Excellent communication skills across a wide range of customer personas
  • Strong product knowledge and a consultative, customer-first approach to adoption
