Overview
As a Senior Associate in our Housing Management team, you will handle a mix of litigation and advisory matters for registered providers and local authorities. You contribute to a high-growth, nationally recognised practice and help deliver practical, high-quality housing solutions. You will supervise junior team members and collaborate with colleagues to manage a varied caseload. This role offers exposure to large national frameworks and a culture that values development and flexible working. You will drive client service excellence and shape housing policy through practice leadership.

Responsibilities
- Litigation and advisory work in housing management
- Possession proceedings including anti-social behaviour, sub-let, failed succession and trespass
- Advice on tenancy management, income, relationships, succession, assignment, mental health
- Equality Act / public law advice
- Injunction proceedings against tenants, shared owners/leaseholders, and non-tenants
- Review and drafting of policy, procedure and tenancy agreements
Key requirements
- Experience in a Housing Management team, ideally with Registered Providers / Local Authorities
- Ambition and interest in the social housing sector
- Supervision of junior members of the team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask on a varied caseload
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential
