About The Role
As a Senior Process Manager within Exams Services, you’ll lead large-scale process improvement, process design, and transformation initiatives across the end-to-end exams’ lifecycle, ensuring our services are innovative, efficient, compliant, and deliver outstanding value to learners worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, governance and continuous improvement of end-to-end Exams Services processes, from entries through to results release and certification.
- Driving and embedding complex change and transformation programmes across global, matrixed teams.
- Supporting the successful implementation of new technology-enabled assessment products and digital testing solutions into BAU operations.
- Building strong alliances and influencing senior stakeholders across Exams Services, Assessment Operations, Product, Technology, Customer Services and beyond.
- Using data, KPIs and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Leading root cause analysis on major operational incidents and implementing sustainable improvements.
- Championing best practice, fostering a culture of innovation, and supporting the professional development of colleagues.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
You are a strategic and forward-thinking leader with a passion for operational excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and have a proven ability to turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.
You will bring:
- Advanced expertise in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level or higher).
- Proven experience leading large-scale change, process improvement and transformation in complex, global environments.
- Strong understanding of operational process design, governance, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and inspire at all levels.
- A collaborative, innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
