On-Site IT Service Desk Officer – Temporary

Rochford District Council in Rochford, Essex, is seeking an IT Support Officer for a full-time, temporary post based at Launchpad. The role involves delivering first-line IT support and a practical, customer-focused service desk.

You will work with the IT team on hardware provisioning and decommissioning, with knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ITIL being advantageous. On-site work is required. Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, 37 hours per week; salary £15.99 PAYE.
