Senior Learner Services Administrator

Coventry City Council’s Adult Education Service is seeking 3 full-time Senior Administrators to join the Learner Services team in Coventry. You’ll support Coventry Learns, provide information and advice to learners, raise and pay orders, and help with enrolment sessions and data management across multiple venues.

The role requires clerical and administrative experience, strong IT skills including spreadsheets, excellent communication, and high accuracy.
