Graduate: Building Services & Sustainability (Hybrid)

WSP invites graduates to join our Property & Buildings and Building Services teams in 2027, supporting the design of safe, sustainable and efficient buildings. Work across offices in London and other cities, with exposure to real-world challenges from day one.

You will collaborate with engineers and specialists, using tools like Revit and AutoCAD, with opportunities to contribute to energy performance and sustainability assessments. This two-year programme blends learning and hands-on experience.
