Junior UX/UI Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design and implement new screens, workflows, and features in Figma for new and existing applications
• Develop frontend code in React, turning designs into production-ready components
• Partner with engineers, product managers, analysts, and trading teams to refine designs and solve user problems
• Apply UX principles while balancing technical feasibility, accessibility, performance, and timelines
• Contribute to and maintain design system components
• QA implemented designs to verify functional, visual, and usability requirements

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field
• Experience with Figma and a portfolio showing design-to-implementation workflow
• Experience with React; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability, and best UX practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects
