Trust Inclusion Lead

Overview

As Trust Inclusion Lead you will champion inclusive practice across LDLT’s group of schools, shaping policy on inclusion and SEND. You will work with schools, children, parents and carers to drive improvements, visiting sites, supporting SENDCos and leaders, and leading training. You’ll assess how Trust and school strategies affect every child’s flourishing and translate insights into action. This role offers strategic impact across multiple sites within a faith-based education trust.

Responsibilities

• lead Trust policy for inclusion and SEND
• collaborate with schools, children, parents and carers
• visit schools and support SENDCos, leaders and staff
• lead training initiatives and professional development
• assess impact of Trust and school-level strategy on student outcomes

Key requirements

• experience leading inclusion practice in school settings
• qualification and experience in supporting children with special needs and vulnerabilities
• track record of improvement and ability to impact Trust practice early
