Sales Executive

Padgett’s Motorcycles are a third-generation family businessbased in Batley; West Yorkshire established in 1958. We are the longeststanding Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha Dealerships in the country with over 65years’ experience with each.

Padgett’s Motorcycles are looking for a Sales Executive tojoin our ever-growing sales team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for exceeding salestargets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every rider findstheir perfect motorcycle match.

• Minimum1 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the motorcycleindustry.
• Youmust have a genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding ofdifferent makes and models.
• Excellentcommunication skills both in person and on the telephone; with the abilityto build rapport with customers from all walks of life.
• Aconfident and persuasive approach to sales, with a focus on exceedingcustomer expectations.
• Astrong product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefitseffectively.
• Aproactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to achievingsales targets.
• Excellenttime management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Avalid motorcycle license is a must.
• Tobe comfortable using a computer and a dealer management system.

Working Week

• Mondayto Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)
• Saturdays8:30am until 4:30pm
• SundaysClosed
• Youwill get a fixed day off every other week
• JobTypes: Full-time, Permanent
