Overview
In this role you will handle a broad range of insurance disputes as part of a highly regarded team serving MGAs, insurers, reinsurers and Lloyds syndicates. You will operate within a Top 100 City firm, contributing to a culture that supports growth and quality work. You will tackle complex D&O, financial lines, property damage, fraud, PI, cyber & technology risks, and political risk disputes. Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of insurance disputes for MGA, insurer, reinsurer and Lloyds syndicate clients
- Advise on D&O and financial lines, property damage, fraud, PI, cyber/technology, and political risk claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a ranked UK law firm
- Support high-quality dispute resolution and client service
- Contribute to team growth and partner readiness through experience and leadership
- Maintain billing, risk management and compliance standards
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on dispute strategy
- Help mentor junior lawyers within the team
Key requirements
- 8+ years’ insurance disputes experience
- E&W qualified
