IT Support Engineer – Remote & On-site Helpdesk Expert

Chattertons Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line helpdesk support, remote and on-site aid across offices, and lifecycle management of end-user devices. The role requires AD/365 administration and strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networks.

Travel between Stamford and other Chattertons offices is required, with occasional out-of-hours work for maintenance and migrations.
