Overview

As an Investment Banking Associate in SIG, you support origination and execution for Family Investment Firms and related sponsors, working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll contribute to a broad suite of IB products across M&A, Leveraged Finance, DCM, ECM, and structured products, spanning multiple geographies. The role offers hands-on deal experience, mentorship, and development opportunities within a premier global team. Join to help drive client solutions and build strong sponsor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality marketing materials and analyses focused on Family Investment Firms
• Participate in pitches and deal executions across multiple products
• Coordinate with industry, product, and country teams to prioritize and deliver content
• Support origination and execution activities alongside the Global Co-Head of Family Investment Firms coverage

Key requirements

• Previous work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, consulting, or a similar field
• Desire to work across sectors and products with exposure to various transactions
• Analytical mindset and overall corporate finance proficiency
• Ability to take ownership across projects/transactions with exposure to multiple teams
• Multi-tasking ability to support several transactions in parallel
• Team collaboration with colleagues at all levels
