We are currently looking for a temporary Housekeeper to join our dedicated team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hospital. This temporary position is available from 29/09/2026 to 29/09/2026, with shifts running from 17:00 to 22:30, offering a competitive payment rate of £63.70 per shift.
As a Housekeeper at Spire Leeds Hospital, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and sanitising patient rooms, public areas, and staff spaces
- Ensuring all areas meet strict infection control standards
- Restocking supplies
- Disposing of waste
- Following all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ability to follow instructions accurately, prioritize tasks effectively, and work quickly without compromising on quality is essential for success in this role.
