Responsibilities

• Handle M&A and business acquisitions
• Support management buyouts and investments
• Assist with corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements
• Participate in corporate governance matters
• Provide general corporate advisory services
• Develop client relationships and deliver meaningful client exposure
