We’re looking for a commercially driven New Business Manager to join Argyll and play a key role in growing our portfolio of premium workspaces across central London.
You’ll take ownership of the full new business sales journey, from generating opportunities and building relationships with brokers and prospects through to conducting exceptional building tours, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals. With a strong focus on occupancy and revenue growth, you’ll combine consultative selling with market insight to find the right workspace solutions for our clients.
This is a role for someone who loves winning new business but understands that how you sell matters. You’ll represent a premium brand, build trusted relationships and work closely with teams across Argyll to deliver a seamless experience from first enquiry through to move-in.
