Talk Staff Group Limited’s client, a reputable law firm in Mansfield, seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to support the conveyancer with purchases, sales, transfer of equity, remortgages and more. You will handle initial enquiries, draft documents, update databases, and liaise with estate agents and lenders.
The role requires proven conveyancing experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in MS Office. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, salary £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
