Energy Billing Account Manager – Hybrid (Manchester)

Leep Utilities is seeking a dedicated Energy Billing Administrator to join our Customer Operations team in Manchester. You will own the end-to-end billing process for high-value commercial electricity, hot water, and heating accounts, ensuring bills are produced accurately and on schedule.

Reporting to the Energy Billing Team Lead, you will handle bill queries, maintain data quality, and support colleagues across the Energy team to deliver excellent customer service and timely payments.
