First Engineering Manager, Inventory V2 — Belfast Hybrid

Teamworks is seeking its first Engineering Manager for the Inventory Management (IM) V2 initiative in Belfast. You will own roadmaps, guide delivery, and build a growth track for apprentice engineers while shaping how the team collaborates with other EMs and product teams.

This hybrid role requires proximity to Belfast, with in-office presence a couple of days per week to support the team and drive momentum on a fast-moving re-platform.
