Hybrid Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Assistant

Nottingham Trent University seeks a Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment across the Resourcing and Compliance team within People Services. You will guide candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment journey and handle onboarding activities.

You’ll work with hiring managers and HR colleagues, becoming a subject matter expert on Jobtrain, supporting offers and the welcome experience for new colleagues. A proactive, organised approach is essential.
