Education Support Assistant – Flexible, Local Schools

Hoop Education recruits enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across South Wales. This role supports pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and classroom engagement while gaining valuable experience in education.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers with lessons, keeping pupils engaged, encouraging confidence and positive behaviour, preparing learning resources, and monitoring progress with feedback to staff.
