Supported Housing Worker – Flexible Remote Option

Homeless Link in London seeks a Supported Housing Worker to provide person-centred housing and support services for up to 25 clients across four properties. You will deliver client plans, assessments and risk reviews with a focus on substance misuse and recovery support.

The role emphasises collaboration with external services, development of addiction-related projects and flexible working to meet resident needs, including some evenings and lone working.
