Civil Engineer – Water

Overview

In this role you will contribute to delivering water sector projects across the lifecycle, from planning to detailed design. You will lead civil engineering teams and collaborate with design leads to ensure successful client outcomes. You’ll work on diverse water-related challenges such as clean and wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage, helping clients deliver sustainable infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design for projects
• Coordinate with project design leads to ensure delivery
• Manage and mentor civil engineering teams
• Engage with clients to drive collaboration and ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to innovative, sustainable design solutions
• Support project delivery from planning to detailed design

Key requirements

• Civil Engineer with project delivery experience in water, environment, or related infrastructure sectors
• Chartered or Incorporated member status with ICE or CIWEM (preferred)
• Experience in client-facing roles and client engagement
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions
