Compassionate Care Assistant for Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes across the UK. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing through personal care, daily activities and meals, helping them live with dignity.

You’ll work with compassion to recognise individual needs, respond with kindness, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.
